## Description

Flags that control where DLE log output is written.

Multiple flags can be combined using bitwise OR to send log output to more than one destination simultaneously.

## Values

- `None = 0`: Disable all logging.
- `Console = 0x0002`: Write log to console.
- `File = 0x0004`: Write log to file.
- `EventLog = 0x0008`: Post log in Windows Event Log (Windows only).
