The Adobe PDF Library reported a failure.

This covers a file that cannot be opened, a document that does not parse, a page that cannot be built, and every other error the engine raises. get_error_code() tells the kinds apart.

DL_ERROR_MEMBER int

The Adobe PDF Library error code, or 0 when the failure carries none.

Decode the value with the APDFL ErrGetSeverity, ErrGetSystem and ErrGetCode macros, or compare it against a whole code.
