Specifies how to include a resource in a file.

Values

OncePerDocument = 0: Include the resource only once per file.
OnEveryPage = 1: Include the resource on every page in the file.
Never = 2: Never include the resource.
WhenNeeded = 3: When needed.
ByRange = 4: Include the resource for a specified range of pages.
